The Ohio Pet License Plates are vehicle registration tags that raise funds for education, spay and neuter of pets for low-income families, and for dogs and cats adopted from qualifying agencies.

Kroger shoppers - Here is the #1
easiest way to help dogs & cats.
Simply shop at Kroger. Link your Kroger loyalty card
to the Ohio Pet Fund, group # 84234 just one time.
After that, Kroger will donate to help spay and neuter
homeless and newly-adopted dogs and cats from
shelters and nonprofit groups every time you shop
until May 2010. There are two ways to do this.
1. The easiest way to sign up to help is to
take this handout to your Kroger service
desk. You only have to do it once; it
only takes seconds to scan your Kroger card
and this handout. After that, every time you shop at
Kroger until May 2010, Kroger will donate to help us
spay and neuter homeless animals to be adopted.
Print the UPC code on this handout
2. You can also sign up at your computer at
krogercommunityrewards.com with your Kroger Plus
card. This method of sign-up is not quite as quick as
having the UPC scanned at the customer service
desk, but it is still fairly quick and works well.
Have your Kroger Plus card with you, then register
your card with the Ohio Pet Fund, group 84234, after
you sign up.
Click on Sign In/Register
Click on SIGN UP TODAY in the 'New Customer?' box.
Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip
code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email
address and creating a password, agreeing to the
terms and conditions.
You will then get a message to check your email
inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
Click on My Account and use your email address and
password to proceed to the next step.
Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information
and input your Kroger Plus card number. Confirm.
Enter our organization # "84234" or "Ohio Pet Fund."
Select our name from the list and click on confirm.
To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see Ohio
Pet Fund on the right side of your information page.
If you do not yet have a Kroger Plus card, cards are
available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
OR cut, paste and print this UPC code and take it to
any Kroger service desk and have it scanned with
your Kroger Plus card. After that, Kroger will donate
to the animals every time you shop!
You can order
your pet plate
even if it is not
time to renew your
license plates - the
other license fees will be
pro-rated. Just go to
OPlates.com to order
online or stop by your
Deputy Registrar's office!
